Occasionally, a batch of softgel capsules are produced that do not pass QA Inspection. Now instead of discarding the entire batch, you can reclaim the expensive fill material using our Softgel Pulverizer. The softgels are fed through the top of the Softgel Pulverizer where they come in contact with stainless steel knife blades. The blades cut the softgels allowing the contents to empty into a rotating stainless steel, perforated drum. The liquid fill material separates from the gelatin and collects in a stainless steel container.
While this is not the kind of machine you will use often, when you need it, you will be glad you have it available. The Softgel Pulverizer will likely pay for itself after first use!
