2016 Used Phoenix Engineering GoPacker 3000 Automatic Form, Fill and Seal Pouching System with four (4) sided sealing. Complete with Domino V3201 high speed thermal transfer printer with touch screen controls that prints large area, high resolution codes, text and images on flexible foils, films and labels. Rated at up to 40 pouches per minute. Equipped with Raspberry PI computer & monitor. Film registration sensor. Standard package width is 4″ W by 5″ L with capability of up to 6″W by 10″L. Minimum bag size is 1″ W by 2″ L.
Tooling with machine is 3″ wide. Machine Frame is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel. The tooling plates are machined from T6061 plate stock then black anodized. The machine can be used in a Class 100 type environment. Safety interlocking doors are made from high scratch resistant Plexiglas material. A program logic controller PLC with touch screen controls the GP3000 functions. Temperature controller provides accurate temperature profiles.
