All 316 stainless steel contact parts. Current bottle transfer turret will fit 32 x 60mm oval shaped containers. PSA vibratory feed stations for plug feeding and cap feeding. Plug insert station and capping stations. Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 600 color touch screen controls with product recipes. Currently set up for 60ml containers. Explosion proof electrical cabinets, Drager Polytron 5310 XTR 0200 flammable gas detection transmitter. Upper glass enclosures with safety interlocks. Sensors: bottle presence, no bottle no fill, no plug no cap, no cap reject sensor and reject station, back up bottle sensors for both conveyor and no cap reject lane (conveyor and turret). 20 gallon supply tank mounted on locking casters.
