Stations on the machine include: automatic capsule orienting & separation, automatic powder level control system with level sensor, five powder tampling stations for precise weight control to fill a wide variety of products to within +/-1%, faulty capsule reject, capsule closing, capsule ejection and segment cleaning stations.
