Automate AM-DP Bottle Inspection Unit, for non contact and non destructive bottle and cap testing.
Three inspection stations for: High or crooked cap, missing cap and foil detection and counter. Will also inspect for high cotton, no cotton, low product level and stalled bottle. Each fault sends signal to alarm stack light or energize an output to stop the conveyor, activate reject system or other options. Comes with conveyor encoder.
Quick Tool less changeovers are easily accomplished by simple knob adjustments with calibrated scales. Hand crank adjustable bottle height settings, mounted on casters for portability.
