Includes 10″ label peel plate, head height and angle adjustments, includes both label power wind and unwind stations. Servo driven wrap station is 8″ tall x 25″ long. Existing wrap belt is 6″ tall but wrap height has 3″ up and down adjustment. Prism pneumatic roller system for ‘No Skew” labeling. Twin adjustable rollers press label against wrap belt for improved label alignment. Up to 60 containers per minute pending label length. Includes pneumatic bottle stop for incoming container.
