The 400 Liter Gelatin Preparation Tank is used to melt gelatin for the softgel capsule process The tank is fitted with a water filled jacket that is heated to pre-set temperatures by electric heaters mounted in the base of the tank During the melting process, a paddle impeller stirs the solution while vacuum is applied for deaeration The 400 liter tank is mounted on a working platform, with the vacuum pump separately installed.
